When do you launch?
Soon — we’re finishing testing on the platform now, and we’d rather open a week late than launch something half-ready. Leave your email above and you’ll hear about it the day we open.
Can I reserve a plan or a domain before launch?
Not yet, but the waitlist is the way in: everyone on it gets first pick when orders open, and we’ll email you before we announce anywhere else.
Who do I talk to if something breaks?
Us — directly. Support comes from the same small team that provisions and monitors the servers, so the person answering your ticket is the person who can actually fix it.
